How stress affects the body

  1. That is very interesting. I strongly believe that any form of exercise can help us release emotional stress. In addition to this, the most popular exercise activities to help us reduce stress are: swimming, biking, walking, martial arts and water sports such as surfing. I prefer swimming and biking. So, get moving and get rid of stress and anxiety. S*
